Refund Policy

Everything we sell is digital — guides, protocols, and membership content you access or download instantly. That makes our refund policy a little different from a shop selling physical products. Here is exactly how it works, in plain English.

Digital products are non-refundable

Once you have downloaded or accessed a digital product, there is no way to give it back. For that reason, all of our guides, bundles, and membership content are final and non-refundable once you have opened or downloaded them.

Your 14-day cooling-off right

When you buy something online you would normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Digital content is an exception to that rule. At checkout you agree to receive immediate access to your purchase and you waive your 14-day right to cancel at that point. Completing your order confirms your agreement, and access begins straight away.

When we will refund you

We will always put genuine mistakes right. You are entitled to a refund if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if a technical failure on our side stopped you from accessing what you paid for and we are unable to fix it.

How to request a refund

If you think one of the situations above applies to you, email us at hello@skinrehab.uk with your order details. We aim to respond within five working days, and any approved refund is returned to your original payment method.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
